Position is part of a plant's care history. Instead of asking only whether the light is sufficient, record each move and the following days together.
Create a starting point
Record the window orientation, distance and time of day. Take an overall photo and a leaf close-up. Keep later photos as consistent as possible.
Change one thing at a time
This example evaluates a position closer to the window while keeping the care history. Any move should depend on actual light conditions and plant health.
Return to the result
Record leaf condition, soil changes and surroundings over the following days. Avoid assigning a change to one cause before you have enough observations.
Real-record slots: before and after photos, observation period, user action and follow-up results.
